Esther and Sophie need dates to the ball-and clues to catch a killer. The ancient Victorian library at Oceanside High is Esther and Sophie's sanctuary. It's also the perfect setting for a masquerade ball and a bit of mayhem. When the best friends are asked to join the planning committee, they find themselves in the dark before the music even begins.
