Andrew Kenny has been a meditatior and yoga practicioner for 38 years. He grew up in the Chicago Projects, lived on the streets and spent time in jail until he joined the army to get the G. I. Bill. After college he had a long career developing new products for the automotive business. In the '70's he started Transcendental Meditation, became involved with Theosophy and the est Training and moved to the Miluakee Shambhala group in the '90's. A long-time student of Yoga and Buddhism he comments from his point of view on parts of the Yoga Sutras, the Brahma Sutras and the Buddhist Heart Sutra. He includes a description on the problems facing the ordinary man.
