Messenger Elijah Muhammad, once known as Elijah Poole, exposed the so-called American Negroes to a brutal appraisal of their actual standing in America, and what they could expect in the future from a system under various disguises, which still grips them in mental, physical, and moral slavery. In a straight-forward manner, Messenger Elijah Muhammad pulled the veil off of the falsehood and half truths that have dominated our planet for the past six thousand years. The so-called American Negroes, or "African Americans" have never had a Divine Messenger sent to them before the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Therefore, there is much opposition to his Teachings from his people who want to lead and not be followers of others. Especially the "middle class," the black preachers, and the college and university students who feel so proud of their worldly education and positions. This is the Time that the Bible and Holy Qur'an refer to as the "resurrection of the dead" (mentally dead and ignorant people) whom God wishes to make wise and set over the nations through His Guidance and Infinite Wisdom. Messenger Elijah Muhammad's message to us fulfills the Bible and Holy Qur'an, for the last Messenger's message is to bring us face to face with the knowledge of God and the devil, that we may make our choice as to whom we will serve. The Theology (Secret) Of Time has been given to us through the Teachings of Messenger Elijah Muhammad to raise the mentally dead Blackman and Woman of America, and give them the opportunity to "Accept Their Own."
