All too often a statement which is made by a respected source, even a textbook, is accepted as proven fact. It will be seen from this book that scientists hold very different views on what constitutes a proven fact, often confusing it with chance. This book sets out in a logical manner to encourage the reader to question many of the unsound accepted theories presented as scientific fact and will hopefully offer a better understanding as to how we came to be here and the reasons for it.
