Women long to be known and connect in their hearts with other women, to be accepted and loved just as they are. It is part of our design as women. We are made for intimate connection. Although I am surrounded by many people, I rarely feel the closeness I long for. Recently, God has blessed me with a precious friend who is like a sister to me. She is a treasure who inspires me in my walk with Christ. Because she shared her heart, I was able to open mine and a beautiful friendship has blossomed. In this book, I open my heart to you, my dear reader, and pray that you will be able to open the vulnerable parts of your heart and receive the blessings of intimate friendship.
