Beetle and Lady Bug J F Dargon
Beetle and Lady Bug
J F Dargon
Regal and aloof, Lady Bug rules over the peaceful Crimson Kingdom. Most of her subjects are content and happy, but there are those who wish to overthrow the monarchy for their own gain. Lady Bug is protected from those who wish her harm by the ferocious and large stag beetle who is secretly in love with her majesty. When a war with the nearby ant kingdom is declared, the stag beetle is called upon to lead her majesty's forces, and Roach is asked to replace him as the queen's guardian. With the great guardian and all her forces away, Lady Bug is betrayed and captured by enemy soldier ants. Condemned as a war monger by Ebony Quenn, Lady Bug must face the jaws of a powerful and savage ant lion. Resigned to her fate, Lady Bug's thoughts are of her subjects and the stag beetle.
