Publisher Marketing: This book shows you the Contractor a step by step guide on how to get more work and build a huge customer list even in a tough economy. It also covers how to make more money on each job and how to guaranteed getting paid in tough times. This book is a must have for anyone starting a contracting business in good or bad times. About the author John Brewer was a successful self employed Builder in NZ for 37 years and by using these methods kept up a good client base. Even in times of economic hardship when other Builders ran out of work he had a continuous flow of work. When other trades people had to travel out of town to find work he never had to. He retired at the age of 57 a wealthy man with financial and time freedom. Unfortunately the huge share market crash and property market crash did a lot of damage to his portfolio and he again entered the building trade in 2010. In 2010 he travelled to Australia's Gold Coast to start a home maintenance business. At that time the Gold Coast was in a recession caused by the decline in tourism and a lot of Tradies were travelling out of town looking for work. By employing the following methods he started a new customer base the very first day of business with 1 job the first day and 3 on the second. He now once again has a solid customer base on the Gold Coast where he now lives with his wife Jean.
