Xaven the Giant Toyia Watkins-Bedeau

Five-year-old Xaven was in a big hurry to become as tall as his tall family members. He wanted to be just like his grandpa, Sam, who stood six feet and nine inches. Xaven became so fascinated with height that even in his prayers he asked God to speed up his growing process.



He even prayed that God make him a giant, if possible. One morning, Xaven's wish came true as he woke up and realized that he had grown into a giant seemingly overnight. He was almost twelve-feet tall. While Xaven's parents were in shock, Xaven found much humor in the situation, and he could not wait to go to school. He knew he would get a lot of attention as a giant.
