Contributor Bio:  Rauser, Marsh My name is Marsh Rauser and I have written and published three novels. If I had to describe myself I would say I have an overactive imagination. If I've learned anything throughout my life it's that 'timing is everything.' And I'm sure if you look back you would also feel that each important circumstance in your life good or bad had to do with the timing of the incident. You might use the term "destined." At various stages in my life there were several career changes, marketing, advertising, principal of two businesses and a Senior Sales Executive. Given a career choice I would have chosen to create a novel filled with compelling and unforgettable characters, but the timing until now, was never right. I went into preparation mode by taking Creative Writing courses at Lake Washington Technical College and I attended several writing seminars to learn how to sharpen my skills. Several freelance articles were published in, 2.4.1 Magazine. It took a while for me to come up with a new spin on a storyline, because whatever is out there, I wanted mine to be different-and they are. I have always enjoyed movies and books that featured mysteries, fantasy and the supernatural. My first young-adult/supernatural novel, Guardians Of The Innocent was published in 2010, and the sequel, The Lions Revenge was released in 2012. I love writing about 'bad boy' Ryan Nash, a Warlock and a protector of the young. If you went by 18 year old, protagonist Ryan Nash's appearance, you would think he was an ordinary, handsome, muscular, 6'2, blond, blue-eyed 22 year old. Ryan is anything but ordinary. He is a Guardian-Warlock, whose living a double life in Seattle, Washington; and conflicted about his guardianship, his forbidden love for an ordinary, and trying to fit in with his peers.
