Today we bring to you Volume 1 of what we hope is only the first of several in a series of retail lessons inspired by song titles. You?ll learn a little a bit about the history of the song that was the inspiration for each of the forty lessons. We suggest that if you use the lessons in a store meeting that you first play the song whose title the lesson shares. Then, ask your employees to guess what the lesson might be about.
