Publisher Marketing: THE SPIRITUAL HIERARCHY OF THE UNIVERSE FROM GOD TO MAN, ACCORDING TO THE URANTIA BOOK describes the structure of the universe from God all the way down to us humans on our little planet earth, called "Urantia" by higher beings. Here we begin our eternal quest to find God and become perfect like Him, thereby "earning our wings" to live in eternity according to God's Laws of Love. This information is given to us in a true revelation published in 1955 called THE URANTIA BOOK, which helps us better grasp the true meaning of life in the universe. This teaching manual follows its companion titled THE SPIRITUAL ASCENSION PLAN OF THE UNIVERSE FROM MAN TO GOD, ACCORDING TO THE URANTIA BOOK, as described in the Introduction to each of the books in this series of 30 books under the umbrella title PEACE PLEASE. These two companion books are both written to help the reader understand terms referred to in Part IV called "The Life and Teachings of Jesus" (referred to herein as "The Jesus Papers") that are only explained in detail in the preceding Parts I, II, and III of THE URANTIA BOOK. This will help to keep the reader's focus on the heart of the teachings of URANTIA, which is "The Jesus Papers." So the objective of this simplification is to provide a minimum amount of clarifying passages from the first three parts of the book in order to make available a maximum amount of understanding to the reader of the "Jesus Papers" concerning the structure of the universe, in which the ascension plan to God actually takes place. Writing these simplifications for this "Spiritual Hierarchy" requires making strict decisions as to what is selected for inclusion and what is left in its original context; and the cost of making these strict decisions is to leave out incredibly rich passages that contain wisdom that we can't find anywhere else on the planet. So trying to include this minimum amount of text requires creating a sensitive yet decisive balance between exclusion and inclusion. There is no fool-proof method of simplifying the text, but these related manuals are our best effort to do that, in spite of the difficulties.
