"Break Thou the Bread of Life" is a tender reflection that gets to the heart of the Word of God. From the Author... For more than a decade, I have been serving in a pastoral capacity in the only church in Duncan, Mississippi. Being the only church (others have closed their doors due to population shifts), it has evolved to be a community church. Our relationship as pastor/people has been a mutually sharing experience. Those who attend this church have spiritually fed me; and I, hopefully, have reciprocated. In my attempt to feed them spiritually, I have systematically gone from the front of the Bible to the back?Genesis through Revelation. In doing so, I have had certain scriptures to grab and hold my attention and stir my soul.
