Pure and simple, to get ready for the boards, do tons of questions. There are plenty of good reviews and question banks out there. By all means, use them! Then, to make absolutely sure you pass, do THESE questions as well. This the third volume in the Pure and Simple series has 500 more questions. Once you've gone through these, then go on to the fourth volume (to get the answers and explanations). Pure and simple, the more questions you do, the more likely you are to pass.
