Angst in Prose is a book thirty years in the making. I began writing it as a challenge to myself to do some creative writing. It was also used as an exciting method of teaching my daughters values facilitating their personal growth. I also used it as a means of helping them understand the difference between the macro and the micro world around them. I utilized my writing process to help them survive the influx of negativity bombarding their psyche with the party culture being displayed on the television and radio. I knew that this music would influence their development if they gave in to it. I taught them how to meditate in hope that they?d learn to look inward for guidance, developing self-love and self-esteem but my teachings fell on deaf ears.
