This story is about a young man named George Thurman who is born in an apocalyptic future of the United States, that is constantly in a power struggle between raiders, slavery, and foreign threats. Luckily for George, he has a militia of orphans that help keep some justice in the Northern parts of Michigan. With Norman Billings, and his army of demented slave owners, becoming the new super power in the region, George must muster everything he knows to help free the region from the forces of evil before Norman takes everything.
