Light To My Path is a Christian faith-based Workbook of five steps and twenty exercises, designed to help troops and veterans tranisition from military life to a civilian life of Purpose, Meaning and Happiness. It contains scriptural references and encouragement to aid in the development of a customized life plan with God as your foundation. Light To My Path also may help prevent the downward spiral of negative life events challenging our veterans including unemployment, family and relationship problems, apathy, substance abuse depression and even suicide. This workbook provides the roadmap for the path forward. These exercises are used in workshops recognized by the the U. S. Whitehouse Champions of Change program.
