I have painted and written prose rather than journaling. Painting and describing an emotion is freeing. Who do you really want to be? Follow my journey and be inspired to find your own way home. From my story: A part of me was dying. I gave up my family, which means everything to me, because my work integrity was challenged. I stopped using my creative side, to give everything to a war of paper and words. I stopped sleeping to add more work time. Which surely created work that was less than my best. Yet I still needed more work time. Everything would just have to wait. Then I collapsed. The book is a visual and poetic journey of the first year to claiming my life. My life is very different now. It is custom made for freedom, laughter and and a sense of self. My hope is that others will use my work as a spark of enlightenment towards their own truths.
