Here's what readers like you are saying about the Billy and Monster books
My reluctant reader was thoroughly engrossed. She laughed the whole time I was reading. She loved the title too. We are getting more from this series M. G. Gagliano "Maria"
This is a story with a simple plot with mindless simple characters that are not complicated, but this book was so funny! The superheroes (a boy and his monster sidekick) used their natural body gases to fight crime. I couldn't even read the pages all the way through without laughing out loud towards the end of the book when the superheroes were fighting the bad person. My boys who are 6 & 8 enjoyed it just as much as I did, especially when I did the gas noises. :) This story is best read aloud so that the noises can be heard for the full effect. cthor
I did like this book. My granddaughter was over this weekend and so we picked this out to read together. I didn't know what to expect but it really delivered. The illustrations brought the story to life and we did have fun reading it over and over. I'm looking forward to the next installment of Billy and his monster. A. K.
