The Reverend Holder had never even heard of Sweetwater until fate drew him to the small southeast Arizona town while on his way to California from New Jersey. The circumstances he would encounter there would forever change his life. Greed, and corruption, along with a lack of any real law enforcement, had made Sweetwater an unsafe environment for young families with dreams of futures in the new west. One man, silver mine owner and rancher Jackson Cole, controlled most of Sweetwater. Unaccustomed to challenges to his authority, Cole quickly finds himself at odds with the reverend. Astride his Percheron horse, Sampson, with his twin brother Cottontop at his side, the more than seven foot tall Reverend Holder and Cottontop posed a larger challenge than Cole had ever encountered.
