Bill and Sebastian are two counter-intelligence agents with a newly formed agency, N. U. T. S. (National Underground Terrrorist Squad). Sebastian is getting ready to celebrate his twenty-fifth wedding anniversary. His wife, Rachael, wants a pair of diamond earrings for her anniversary gift.
