Biographical Note: Ralph E. Vaughan is the author of several Sherlock Holmes stories that involve the Great Detective in adventures with HP Lovecraft, H. G. Wells' Time Traveller, and other literary universes. An expert on HP Lovecraft, he has written several notable articles as well as a book-length study, "HP Lovecraft in the Comics." His intense interest in ancient Egypt led him to write "Reflections on Elder Egypt," a collection of essays. He is also the author of the popular YA series "Paws & Claws," which chronicles the exploits of the Three Dog Detective Agency. He has published more than 500 short stories and articles in a variety of magazines and journals.
