It is a humorous account in how we chose to hike the Appalachian Trail and is written is an easy reading and relaxed format. This book is inspirational and encouraging. In 2009, on the day of my divorce, I suffered a hear attack. I was only 45 years old. Just 1 year later the "trail" and my new wonderful husband, have given me better health, helped me psychologically and uplifted me spiritually.
