He currently manages two of the most active and updated Dominican traditional food sites: elfogoncito.net and Dominicanheat.com In 2012 he began his collection of traditional cookbooks with "Las recetas de Mama Pura." ("Mama Pura's recipes") In Abril 2013 he published "Diccionario Culinario Dominicano," (The Dominican Cooking Lexicon) selected by the prestigious Gourmand as one of the best 250 food related books of the first semester in 2013. A month later it was already available in English. His Dominican food cookbooks are consistently in Amazon's bestsellers and he has been rapidly shaping into Dominican traditional food's main authority in his generation.

Administra dos de los blogs de comida tradicional dominicana mas populares y con mayor flujo de visitas: elfogoncito.net y Dominicanheat.com, que se publica en ingles. En el 2012 inicio la coleccion de recetas tradicionales dominicanas "el fogoncito" con la publicacion del primer volumen de la serie: "Las recetas de Mama Pura." Arturo escribe sobre gastronomia popular dominicana y sobre sus recetas y "descubrimientos." En la actualidad trabaja en varios proyectos de libros de cocina, incluyendo las secuelas de "Las recetas de Mama Pura."
