NYPD murder cops, Jack O'Roarke and Stella Garcia have a dead actress whose life was not nearly as simple as it appeared. Samantha Sparks was an up and coming actress until the night she was found murdered. As the investigation continued the murder cops find that everyone loved her, and yet, here she was-on a slab. The Detectives follow the evidence from a struggling artist in Soho to a luxury penthouse in upper east-side, Manhattan. Even though O'Roarke and Garcia are stumbling over Sam's friends, a group of nosy and interfering old folks, they close in on the killer. The Detectives are taken aback when they discover the victim's secrets.
