We are like people walking on a mountain in mist without a map or compass. Those who were given the map do not know where they are on it and those who were given the compass do not know how to use it. In this book I will outline the teachings of the Elohim which in essence explain everything essential about our nature, about the origins of our multifarious problems and the solutions that they have provided, from how to deal with depression and addictions through to controlling your weight without dieting, how to make money and raise your children. All of the teachings are derived from the principles they laid down long ago and which they have sought, through various means, to communicate to us so that we might live happy, balanced lives in this world and the world to come. That has been their desire from the beginning and it is in that spirit that this book has been written, particularly as the age and the world draw to an end.
