The idea for this 5-part serial ( the first part of the du Lamond family saga) was sparked when the author heard a TV company was producing a program about men and women who were virgins at the age of forty. She found the idea outrageous and the program too clinical, and decided to turn it on its head by writing a more romantic and empathetic treatment of the theme. The story continues with Part 2 - 'Joyce's Turn' 17+ The sex scenes are an integral part of the love story and serve to enrich the Reader's romantic and sensual experience.
