In chapter 4, "Dream Big on Success," I explored how to overcome a difficult situation in life when aspiring for change, and in relation to chapter 3, 'I was sacked from my work', while being sacked was a great lost because I wasn't given dismissal letter, salaries for 2 months were apprehended, and after I tempered to write an article criticizing the system of government for failing to handle the case with my boss, I was unlawfully arrested by the boss. After freed without a trial, I feared to sue the system because I will be jailed again. I truly remained striving to find a new job, but it wasn't easy to get a job? I really got a job with International NGO after weeks of desperate. However, getting a job is a hard work, maintaining it is also another tough task. Shortly after employed, I was inducted into the system but wasn't easy to get acquainted to my work because of being supervised by someone who is harsh or get-thing-done-now-boss. I spent six months only but quitted for another NGO. After I joined another NGO, my new boss was flexible, approachable, trainable and transparent altogether. When compared these bosses, I got the difference. Wherever you go and work with people in this world, there are good, bad bosses. And with life things may not easily go the way you want but you can't stop moving to a desired destination - keep moving until you reach the final peak. This is why I wrote chapter 2, 'How to survive in 100 days in a new job, get things done better and faster successfully'.
