I was born into a family of talkers. No comment was brief; no question answered simply. My father, being in radio broadcasting, was paid for talking. My mother, brother and sister just talked for free - and were very generous. Along the way, I developed a particular interest in using words to express thoughts in rhyme. As a result, I have enjoyed writing and reading rhymes through the years for various occasions from the simplest to the profound. My children encouraged me to gather some of my rhymes to be put into print for their enjoyment and for that of anyone who may read them.
