Cheryl writes the story about her husband and his four brothers as though she accompanied them into the unknowns and into the wilderness of forests and mountains. Knowing that there were many enchanting and mysterious castles existing during the time of the Holocaust, she has skillfully combined the horror and the fears of the war with the magical essence and mysterious flavor of the history of the castle. By doing so, she has deftly created a secondary theme which definitely defines and spells out the divine presence of G-d throughout the centuries; she allows the reader to hope for the survival of the characters. In the writing of this book, we return to the war, which is ravaging, and wasting lives, and destroying the historical inner structure; although she creates the flavor of the many past heroes in the history of the world and from the history of the Bible, her writing reflects an intense effort to shame the abductors of peace and to punish these insurgents. She inculcates in her writing the eternal and historical gratefulness for men who have gone beyond their own strengths and purpose and have fought and won against the insurgents. In presenting these concepts, she explains to the world why we have peace today in our nations.
