Kenny has practiced and studied Yoga and Buddhism for forty years. He is a long time member of the Theosophical Society in America and of Mensa, the high IQ society. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and has had a long career in product development with 20 patents issued. He also has Asperger Syndrome that led him to Yoga in an effort to relieve the stress of working in a modern corporation while fighting his tendency to avoid social situations. Eventually anxiety and depression medicine were required. Being a writer is a "natural" result of Asperger Syndrome. Practicing Yoga for long hours is also a way to avoid social situations.
