This workbook serves as your companion to the audio book. As I produced the audio book, I assumed that the typical listener will listen to the book while driving, walking, jogging, or otherwise multitasking. As such, the application sections and the Attitude Type test are distractions to the flow of the book. That being said, I must emphasize that the book is much more effective when the application sections are completed and applied, and when you have taken and understand the Attitude Type test.
