He travelled extensively before settling down to reside in Sydney, Australia for over a decade. However, his desire to seek new challenges led him to a short sojourn in the deserts of the Middle East before finding his true calling as an author in Hong Kong, the setting for his debut novel, The Water Dragon featuring DI Chambers. Andrew has just released the sequel, The Fire Walker, set in Scotland, and is currently penning the final book in the trilogy which is due out later in the year. His writing style encompasses the traditional thriller and detective mode with an rich and evocative travel writing style that brings the settings to the fore, making them an contemporary and integral part of the story that adds a depth and reality rarely found in the genre.
