Energy - All the teachings coming through in this time period, including the Chrysalis Teachings, have this one ultimate goal in mind - to teach humanity the correct use of energy in all its many manifestations. All life and creation is based on energy and the teachings must be on its use and misuse in all areas of creation and life forms on any and all planets. Those of the higher planets simply have more experience and learning and experimentation in the uses of energy - therefore their attempts to help educate humanity from that realm in this area. Food - The mineral content of food is more important than the caloric or fat content. All food should be high in vitamins A and D, more so than B or C and a high level of potassium. There are mineral supplements on the market that contain a well-balanced distribution of the necessary minerals. They can be located in certain health food stores. This should be the only supplement you should need to have. Of course no red meat, and very little chicken, turkey or fish will be necessary to maintain good health, and certainly no dairy products. Tune Food - The Blood Test Machine will be technology in the future for finding the musical pitch of the blood or the keytone of the blood of humans and will open up the door to the correct way of eating for everyone. This same technology will allow not only each human's keytone and harmonizing tones to be found, but also the very food he should eat can have the tones found in the same manner. When the correct or matching tone of food to the human's blood is found it lays out the perfect diet for each one. When one eats something that is in disharmony with the main vibratory rate of his body, it is setting up circumstances to deteriorate that body Music and IQ - Music is valid and viable as a preparatory method for opening the channel early in children. Much more can be done with music to help children use their full powers in later life. This is an area of extreme importance for humans because the musical vibration is what will cause the breaking of the ethereal divider between the levels of the brain. These are the membranes that music will help open earlier in children, especially their own singing, but any musical vibration that they are exposed to constantly will have the effect of allowing them quicker access to brain power - in other words, raise their IQ, if you will. Contributor Bio:  Hickox, Norma I am a professional musician. I play and teach six instruments and compose music. I have been an organist and choir director for many different spiritual denominations and have also taught vocal music in private elementary and pre-schools. In the past I played in the pit orchestra for a musical theater group and also in a dance band, eventually having my own dance band. I have played for many different occasions including some TV appearances. I played the wedding rehearsal dinner music attended by Roy Rogers and Dale Evans for their son Dusty, and have played for movie and TV personalities and the governor of Colorado and finally, the ultimate, I played for the President of the United States. This was President Ford and the occasion was a Christmas Eve church service in Vail, Colorado. I live in Simi Valley, California with my son Neil and his family; wife Claudia, daughter Fiorella and son Leland. Neil is a computer scientist and an amateur photographer helping very much with the books. He designed the covers and his photos are used in the books. He also gave much help with his computer know-how. Along with music, my career has also included involvement with the arts of painting, writing, dance and theater that led to my writing two musical plays with original music. When I began composing, the music and lyrics would flow into my head in complete form. A year later I began to receive information from a spiritual source that flowed in the same way as the music. This material is the Chrysalis Teachings and is based on the Science of Music, which is the fundamental vibrational order and creative nature of the universe. The vibrations of music affecting my body since I was four years old are what allowed this opening to take place. The Chrysalis Teachings give a compressed view of creation and evolution. These newer teachings are much clearer to understand as they do not have the misinterpretation of centuries-old communications and have not been through the translation from other languages. I have published the material as The New Millennium Notebooks. They are divided into 3 sections: "Windows on the Past," "Journeys in the Present" and "Pathways to the Future to give us a broad look at where we came from, where we are now and where we're supposed to be heading.
