Publisher Marketing: The world is evolved to the levels of standardizations. Every country has its own standards of quality. There is also a common platform of international Standardization. Day by day people are becoming conscious of quality. Quality standardization is based on quality of material, safety, performance, durability and things like that. This quality awareness has given the world a new vista of faster evolution of the product and benefited the consumer. Similarly the human resources are recognized as the key to this quality management system. Lot of training programs have been prepared to qualify the people to perform the quality work to attain the set quality standards. Companies are competing each other with value added products of high quality, worldwide. There is system to measure the quality standards of the product, produced with set standards. However, there is no standard to measure the quality evolution level of man. As this is intangible philosophical, eternal evolution, no one take a serious look at it. Religions have helped to an extent to maintain, certain discipline in the societies by conditioning the mind to an organization called a religion in the past. With the higher evolution of man, and the changing civilizations world over, The yesteryear religions have not kept a pace with the changing requirements of the societies. Even if some ancient systems like Plato's class systems (Bronze, Silver, and Gold class) and Vedic Ashrama system (Brahmacharya (student/celibacy; Grihastha/family man; Vanaprastha/retirement or life of contentment; and Sanyasa/ life of dispassion.) can be applied with little modifications, no effort was made to that effect. At present there is no certain rule or system to measure the stages or quality of eternal growth of man by an individual, to assess himself . Also there are no set guidelines, how a person must perform in order to evolve to the higher being, or to the higher stages of evolution. Even if anyone wants to introspect eternally, the religious dogmas interfere with the conditioning of human thinking to the so called symbolic Puranic or the religious system, as a relative guidelines, which are not built on truth, but on faith. Anything that is not formulated on truth has relative existence and not true existence. Hence it should have a validity. The relevance today will become irrelevance tomorrow. Everyone sets his own ethical guidelines these days, without any common code. We must understand that every person is a unique, and differ others, due to the variations of the evolution levels. The commonality can be found only in a particular state of mind or the evolution. It may be useful for everyone, if we incorporate the ancient system of life, as a guideline to build the for greater understanding of the evolutionary process. At the same time, understand the self of various organs of our body, mind, senses and synthezise them to effectively use them in day to day life.
