Time is measured by the relative movements of objects, but all stems from the still permanence of The Absolute, thus, nothing, in actuality, ever transpires. Then why is life brought about? The Lord operates, does what He does, for the same reason people religiously practice certain things. In terms of religion, this would mean to become better, increasingly moral and righteous; in the same manner God performs the ritual of life, to repeatedly remind Himself of what He is.
