King Sibikuro devises a stratagem for siphoning his country's treasury to enrich his Kingmakers and himself. Soon they become multi-millionaires, in contrast to the citizenry who Wallow in abject penury. Worse hit is the Oil-rich Ofirima Region, one of the six Regions of Nameria, which is grossly underdeveloped. The people can no longer bear the hardship. They react violently.
