Nigerians are travelers often in search for education, medical tourism, and their laughable encounters with foreigners is captured in Dreams and Stars. The long-talked-about cabals, who are said to run government big wigs and the country's resources, is shown here as an attitude of all Nigerians in all walks of life, including children.
