I wish someone had been open and honest about the options, expense and heartbreak involved in pursuit of building a family. People do not generally think about it all if they are one of those who can get pregnant without much effort. I hope that by sharing my journey that it will offer hope to those who are also experiencing difficulties. I also hope that it will give some insight to others to be more compassionate and understanding.
