Finlay and Lucy are excitable four year olds. They live in the same street in a small town in Scotland. They are good friends and spend a lot of time together. In this first story in the series, Finlay is excited when Lucy and her family move into the neighbourhood. Join Finlay and Lucy as we are introduced to the main characters and their families and the beginning of a long friendship. The Finlay and Lucy characters appear in several books.
