'The Management of a Nation' means 'management of millions of people'! Such millions of people cannot be managed just by 'names' only! Even in a class of 100 students, we need to give the 'Roll Numbers'! It makes management much easier! So An Idea struck to my mind that "each and every human individual in the Universe must be given an' Universal Personal Identity Number' U. P. I. D." Secondly, he/she must have one and only one number as his/her identity number! Identity cannot be two or more! Number will be a unique number for him/her irrespective of the nationality. This system of allotting numbers to each and every human individual in universe must be taken up by UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION (UNO) on the most priority basis. I have concluded that the key to the efficient human management of 6 billion people of the world is 'to identify, verify identity of each one of them about one's history etc. and then keep this identity database effectively stored and to use this database on day to day basis. 2) When I further thought about 'why such illegal, terrorist, criminal activities are going on in spite of 'powerful Governments? What is the fuel of such criminal activities? On further personal investigation; I found that the main root of criminal activities is 'illegal money, black money and cash-currency!' when I further thought and studied about 'from where and when this 'cash-currency' has come? The history of cash currency is not very old! Finally I concluded and a developed a strong, convincing concept that the cash-currency must be abolished from the entire world! This is must for UNO and all Nations of the world if they want to be free from crime, terrorism, corruption, drug-trafficking, poverty and many more evils!This is my written, legaly bound guarantee!
