As a person who has been on her own weight loss journey (most of her life) and finally achieved absolute success and freedom from her own seemingly desperate and hopeless weight gain, she is very compassionate about helping others do the same. She is also committed and extremely passionate about helping people not just lose weight, but in helping them decode the "mystery" behind why the diets they repeatedly try have not "worked" so that they never have to make the same mistakes of weight loss followed by weight gain again.
