Publisher Marketing: Forgiveness is divine. It sets your spirit free and gives you unlimited access to God in prayer. It is the secret to being able to go through the rough "terrain" of life's journey and knowing how to deal with pain. Many lives have been destroyed because some offended were not able to deal with the pain, shame, and the hurt that went with the offense, leading them to commit serious crimes against others, the society and themselves, resulting in deaths, incarcerations and some living with physical wounds and disabilities. An offense have the power to take from an individual the ability to live the fullness of life. We all have different perspectives about life, upbringing and faith, and we need to know how to accept, appreciate and respect differences without animosities, understanding why some people behave the way they do. When we learn how to deal with offenses and overcome unforgiveness, we turn to be better people and helpful to the broken, wounded, rejected and betrayed by offenses. One serious fact is that when we refuse to forgive our offenders, we imprison ourselves and make little or no progress in life. It also shuts us from the presence and power of God, causing various forms of sicknesses, some leading to death, and in some cases, insanity and living loose and unprofitable lives. Forgiving others, sets us free from unhealthy experiences and creates the atmosphere of peace, serenity, joy and maturity in our lives. Don't cut yourself from God and don't find yourself in hell; no unforgiving person, irrespective of how great the impact he or she might have made in this world, will make it to heaven. Remember we were once sinners and God sent His Son to come redeem us, and if you are a child of God, then be like your Heavenly Father and learn to forgive your offenders also.
