Since I retired from being an educator, I have been doing volunteer work where I give advice to people online. In the process I have done a lot of research on many different topics in order to gain more information to better help the people whom I respond to. After awhile I began to hear the same concerns, questions, and issues repeated over and over, so I realized that these are common concerns that many people have. I decided to compile these topics of concern with my responses and create this guide so that I could help a wider audience of people who might have these same concerns and not know where to turn. I hope this guide give you the insight you need to solve your personal issues or to improve your relationships. They are based on a senior's experience and 44 years of marriage.
