After being influenced by his American friends, right after high school he arrives in America to attend college, leaving his family a day's travel by plane. For a paranormal study major he has found incidents involving ghosts fascinating, but this particular case he finds challenging as he is being provoked. While he struggles getting used to the American ways in an all American community, he is also being challenged by an external force that haunts the community. After weeks go by of him constantly being bothered by this spirit, he is left with no choice but to pursue this alone. By the help of using his field of study in the paranormal world he comes across a series of clues that would help him solve the case. The problem is that the lives of those who he cares about in that community are at risk. The question is, does he continue to pursue the case to get rid of this spirit, or does the spirit have him cornered, leaving him with no choice but to do what it wants forever....
