Moreover, there's also a ten kiloton hydrogen bomb which may or may not enter the United States. Not willing to send a full taskforce team, as it would arise unnecessary attention, CIA, along with the authorization from the DOD, decides to send a lone agent to Paris to get things under control. In a world of lies, conspiracy, espionage, and ruthless criminals, Donovan have to succeed in the toughest job you can possibly get - protect the United States from the terrorists.
