This book Worship and Warfare is an excellent read, teaching the reader how to get out of the battle zone and live in the blessings and the victory of life. The sections on obedience and true worship are mature and life changing truths. This book is a great "grow up" church read. From beginning to end a great maturity takes place if your heart is open and you really want to enter into praise and worship. The author is from another nation that the church is experiencing great persecution. His insight to holiness, praise, worship, and the love of the brethren makes you realize how important family and friends really are. His group of friends would say, "Good bye" to each other and pray for each other every Saturday night before Sunday services because they never knew what would happen from the terrorists in their country. They learned to value each other and pray for one another. This is a must read for the American church. It is time to realize what real worship is from a pure heart and a completely surrendered life.
