LM Arnal
It is the story of a few multicultural people driven by their need to be free and to make sense of today's brutal world. It is a mix of action, love, salsa, tears and humor. And a happy ending... It is also a song of hope and joy with laughter at the seams. RATED: R. LM ARNAL studied philosophy and literature, before undertaking a career in disease prevention. An interest for journalism and photography was also embraced simultaneously, and was exercised mostly in the black press - Nommo, Ariztos, African Affairs, Africulture. LM also worked as a radio DJ, (1991-1998: WKCR, KCSB), mostly to familiarize auditors with African music-which at the time was not widespread, Reggae artists, and issues in the black community. Similarly, in 2010, LM hosted a mostly educative radio program at Radio Salonkoloto (Ouaga, BF). LM ARNAL is the editor of Poets Without Limits (2002), an anthology of black poetry which was meant to be a collectible item. (The 1000 copies were sold out in 6 months, and it is now out of print.) LM then published Third World USA, Fun and Fright in Africa, Dojo, and MetrOmpolis: Empire of Greed.
