This book contains result of a full dissertation conducted in 2011; which was written by Dr. Lewis D. Bridges. This research was conduct by Dr. Bridges as requirement for receiving his doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. The intent of the study was to explore various variables within a school system that would affect students' academic educational gains (i.e., school size, teacher quality, suspensions, demographic locations, etc...). His study was very successful and yielded results that could be used toward other studies of its nature, as well as, enhancing opportunities for ensuring greater academic achievement gains within our schools.
