I lay with my head between my paws watching Cinderella and knew that no matter what, I was not getting that bed by the window. The one in the sunlight. The one with the fluffy blanket that was on the window seat. My spot. I gave a sigh and thought back in time when I was a puppy left alone in a dark forgotten alley. I was so small and fuzzy. A Golden Retriever, born from award winning blood line parents. My owners called me a 'runt' and assumed because of my size I was not suitable for breeding future generations of show dogs. I was thrown away, left in a cardboard box and abandoned. After being found by Harry, I am loved and have grown-up to be a K-9 cop. In the first book I shared my experiences of being a rookie and learning to become a K-9 Cop This was over two years now and a lot has changed.
