Instilling integrity within the Department of Education and the current mission and operations will be examined to evaluate whether the existence of this department actually exists or whether the current function should be changed. Typically in the past education was a responsibility of state and local governments not the federal government. Education is not a responsibility of the federal government since the Constitution does not identify such responsibility at this level of government
